2. Description of Service

SpeakReply provides voice-to-email technology that allows users to dictate responses to emails. The service includes voice recording, transcription, AI-powered email generation, and integration with email platforms.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

SpeakReply offers subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy.

We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for our service. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SpeakReply for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual Property

SpeakReply and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using our service, including your voice recordings and generated emails.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpeakReply, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
