Does SpeakReply work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. SpeakReply works seamlessly with Gmail, Outlook, and most browser-based email platforms.
Do you store my voice recordings or email data?
No. By default, SpeakReply runs locally. You have full control over your data. Optional cloud features are opt-in.
Can I use SpeakReply on mobile?
Not yet. SpeakReply is currently available for desktop only (Windows & Mac). Mobile is on the roadmap.
Can I customize how the AI writes?
Yes. You can create tone profiles and custom prompts that guide the AI to sound exactly like you.
Do you offer discounts for teams or students?
Teams can apply for custom pricing via the Enterprise plan. Student discounts are not currently offered.
